Arby's

There are only 2 things that keep me from giving them zero stars. A. You can’t give zero stars B. The drivethru employee was very good I swung by this location 12/7/2021 to grab a quick sandwich on my way back to the office. I ordered the Chicken, Bacon Swiss combo. The curly fries were soggy and luke warm at best, but it was the sandwich that takes the cake. The inside of the chicken was a grey, browny color, but at least it was burnt beyond all recognition to cover the flavor. Luckily for me, this location only allows drive thru. So upon arriving back to the location to voice my complaint, all the doors are locked and had to wait behind 5 cars before I could talk to someone. It’s beyond me how anyone would have served that sandwich to a paying customer. 🤮

Saying the service is slow or bad is the understatement of the year. The front staff have no sense of urgency and are completely apathetic to the fact that people are waiting for exorbitant amounts of time for fast food. I literally waited over 5 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me to take my order and then it was only because I spoke up and asked if anyone was going to take my order. Then I was told they are waiting on mozzarella sticks. Great. I'm not ordering mozzarella sticks so maybe you can take my order. Take my order, don't give me cups. I have to ask. Again, it's like I asked for their first born child for them to do their job. Waited at least 20 minutes for my food and was missing a French fry. After waiting another 5 minutes for the fries I could see sitting in a container, I had to again ask for my food. Of course they didn't give me a receipt to have the store number to fill out the "how did we do today" survey plastered all over the store. Isn't that convenient.

This arbys is the worst. The employees don’t even know how to make the food they sell. Fries always cold, the beef dip sauce was clear as water. Who wants to dip a sandwich in water? Employees not knowledgeable or communicative Food quality -1. The owner spent a lot of money remodeling but the food and service are what needed help. Gave it one more chance after the remodel but it’s worse now than ever

Food was right, but all sandwiches were barely warm. None of the sauce I asked for was in the bag. I was told I had to wait on fries as they were being cooked. Waited the few minutes they asked but all four orders were cold. I was the only customer in the drive through at the time and no one was inside either. Doubtful that I will ever go back to this location.

The service going through the Dr. Through was good : nice cheerful person all in a basic amount of time. That being said: the Wagu burger, while it tasted decent , it was dry and, looked like it was cooked the day before. Arby's has good food for a fast food place ,so I hope they get their A - game back.

There was no toilet paper or paper towels in the bathroom. They had no burgers available for purchase the shake machine was broken, the server said” it’s been broken since we opened” No ice and very little packets of Arby’s sauce.. The food didn’t seem fresh and was extremely greasy. Another customer came in after us and said” This is the 3rd week I’ve come in here and you’re out of everything are you ever gonna have food to order?”

The worst Arby's location, and that's saying a lot. I've been to this location twice this week to use this coupon before it expires. The first time it was 5 full minutes to even get a reply on the speaker and after 10 more in line, I had to leave and go somewhere else. There were TWO cars in line, and it was still that slow. Tonight I try again, and even though there are people in line at the window, when I pull up the guy tells me they are closed due to staffing issues. It was 8pm, hours before they normally close. This are just the most recent times, this is known as the slowest place around. They have remodeled to a brand new store, yet can't even get a few cars through the line in 1/2 a hour, that's just laughable compared to literally any other option. I keep giving them chances because they are right by where I live, but Arby's should be ashamed to have a brand new store with such poor management.
