FPS often features musical entertainment that's quite different from other offerings around town. By the way, they will also deliver fresh cooked healthy meals to your workplace for less than the price of fast food. They are located inside the lobby of the Patrick Henry Building in downtown Roanoke. Easy parking just steps away from the door.

AWESOME food and service, Jim is a super nice guy and very personable. I order prep meals every week and have not been disappointed yet. Chicken is moist, veggies are fesh. I don't ever have time to cook dinner and when I do, it's not healthy. I have continued to loose weight every week and feel great. Check out their Facebook for discount and promo codes.

Gave this place 3 chances and was consistently disappointed. Pretty atmosphere at the Patrick Henry but drinks are overpriced and boring. At the downstairs bar, simple took 10 minutes to be made. Then when we asked to close our tab it, they "misplaced" our credit card and it took 30 minutes to find it and close it out. Food was average-tasting and they were out of various menu items. Today I went specifically for "Taco Tuesday" which has been advertised for over a week and suddenly they cancelled it "this morning" because they didn't think anyone would show up for it. So to make up for that, the server offered to give us half price taco bowls instead of half price tacos. I ordered mine, not realizing that mine wasn't technically a "taco bowl" but just a "bowl" and not being told by the server that I would be charged full price for it. Then when I asked about the price later, the server responded very rudely, berating me because he "tried to tell me" when I ordered. I left feeling very unhappy and insulted.

Every time I've eaten there the food has been excellent. Always fresh and delicious. Love the location in the Patrick Henry Hotel. We even ordered meals for the week and even though the delivery was really late in the day, (we ordered a lot) the packaging was so easy! Very convenient and surprisingly affordable.

I have never been inside the restaurant, but I have order from the food prepping service. The size of the portions for the light meal were well sized, but the food had no flavor. It looked like garlic had just been poured over top of the food and that was the only seasoning. I also tried the black bean burger and it just didn't taste very good compared to others Ive tried. Needless to say I won't be ordering from here again.

I don't even think my experience deserves a star, went to an event recently and the waiter was very rude. We waited at least 20 minutes to be served because the waiter was "too busy" with other customers. I understand working in the food industry is fast paced but if we can't take two seconds to make sure all customers are satisfied then you should either have had extra help or have been more competent about who needed service.
