Dunkin'

Stopped in on a whim today and was more than pleased! Valerie was super nice and welcoming. I am typically very leery of public restrooms, but theirs was spotless and even smelled nice. This location is absolutely superior to others in this and the surrounding areas. I’m glad I took the time to stop!

WOW! I have to give kudos to the only person who showed up to work. He kept his composure while efficiently getting the long line of orders to the grumpy, half awake, non-appreciative customers. The manager shouldn't let that happen. I give a 5 rating to him alone. Wish I caught his name. Muscular and hair in a ponytail. They're lucky to have you! I'm only here 3 days but I'll patron anyone with that work ethic.

I am from Grundy, Va and stopped by there today because I was craving a Duncan donut so bad! YES duncan donuts are my favorite but I stopped today in Roanoke, Va on Franklin Road and got a dozen of mixed donuts today and they were absolutely horrible! They were so dried out. A really nice black guy waited on me and checked me out at the register. He was very sweet. I have absolutely nothing to say about the worker that waited on me but I paid over 13.00 for a dozen of hard donuts. There was one donut out of the whole box that had a little soft chocolate on it I tried to eat and I just couldn’t! They were ALL dried out! I brought them straight home and opened the box, felt of them and trashed them. Please if you are gonna sell these make sure they are fresh! Thank You

I love Dunkin, but the one on Franklin is horrible. The grumpiest staff. Especially one particular employee. I gave him several shots thinking maybe he was having a bad day, but his attitude was constant. Order too much he rolls his eyes.. It’s like they don’t just hate their job but their life. The energy isn’t at all what I’m used to at Dunkin’s. I actually drive across the city now to take my kids for their weekly post gymnastics donut. Bottom line is they always made us feel like we were asking too much by just being there. Also, the cold brew coffee always taste like watered down ice coffee. Not just once but every time we went. It’s a hit and miss if the donuts are dry or not. Night and day difference from other locations.

I just bought a caramel frozen coffee drink for one of my coworkers today at this Dunkin off of Franklin Rd. and there were tons of tiny pieces of very thin shreds of plastic all in the drink!! omg!! My coworker got them caught in her throat and had to leave work to go to the Dr!! I have frantically been calling the store and it just keeps ringing until it tells me to put in an access code so they are not answering the phones there! This is crazy!! She could have choked to death!! Not to mention we don't even know how many shreds she had swallowed before getting chocked as they are so thin. Do not drink or eat anything out of this place!!

One star is way too many for this place....This place is always out of everything the doughnuts are so stale they're hard along with HORRIBLE customer service and terrible attitudes from staff its obvious they do not care at all....and the facility it's self is filthy. It'd be their best bet to go ahead and close the doors.....it's wasting the owners money to even unlock the doors. Disgusting
