Waited for 30 minutes for waitress to take my order. Then waited 45 minutes for my food. The manager came over to scold us about asking the waitress to clear the table. She didn't even have the decency to offer to help her. The drink was mostly ice. Thank goodness for karaoke or the night would have been a bust.

Julie the manager is nasty 🤮. She was completely rude to a teenager because she asked for her order a certain way. She asked for extra turkey no ham and she gets turkey not extra. Then when my daughter came in there she apprehended her like she was her child. Not letting her speak. It’s like she had it out for her from a previous order. Right now my daughter is upset crying because Julie the owner is so mean. She lies too. I’m the one that called in the order she thought it was my daughter and said she was placed on hold but she wasn’t because I’m the one who called and I never placed her on hold. I placed my order. It could be she doesn’t want the black dollar. Whatever it is she’s had it out for us as if she was going to catch my daughter and out her in her place the next time she saw her and she did just that today. I’m

These are truly the BEST wings. I eat here almost once a week and even when they are busy they are trying so hard to keep up. Always treated with respect and a good meal.

I found a hair in my wings. I approached the waitress about it and she had an attitude. Staff was lazy, unprofessional, and rude. I will never eat at All Sports on Grandin Road again.
