Wendy's

We found used gum in our food bag stuck to a ketchup packet. Manager brushed it off saying it was just a chunk of bleu cheese (as if that made it okay) until I proved it by stretching it out. They never apologized and she loudly badmouthed me more than once so that the employees and customers could hear her. Service was also exceptionally slow. Even replacing the burgers they made with cheese when the order clearly said "NO American Cheese" on it, took a full 10 minutes.

Worse service I have had in along time. Was there around 11 in the morning. Had to wait over 30 minutes for food and it was cold. I am done I will never eat or recommend this Wendy’s on Hershberger Road in Roanoke Virginia ever again to anyone. Absolute worst. No one wants cold food period. If it’s cold start it over. I worked at a Wendy’s back in my day and never had a complaint. You people want 15 dollars a hour to work. You need to step it up and provide great service. It’s not Rocket Science.

Our experience here was less than desirable. Waited 5 minutes at the front without being acknowledged while workers walked by to go take smoke breaks, clean, and other various tasks. I would also like to add the used cigarettes sitting on the trash can waiting to be used again were a nice touch of class. Eventually we got rung up and the food was satisfactory. Probably not coming here again.

The lady at the register was amazing. I was there around 12:30pm on 11/22/21. Very kind and helpful. Thank you to her for doing a great job. I know it's difficult to do your job these days. I just wanted her to know her efforts were noticed and appreciated. Service with a smile is really hard these days but you did it. 👍

Absolutely garbage, I’ve lived near here for a while and been coming here since they were a good restaurant back in like 07, but its become a horrible place, consistently letting the grease get old and still cooking with it, food almost always cold coming out the window, extreme amount of horrible attitudes, slamming windows, constantly getting orders wrong and forgetting little task that aren’t regular combo orders. The entire building, and staff needs to change.

Went there last night with my fiancé got a few items was completely disgusted chicken nuggets were well over cooked and looked to be sitting there for a good while French fries were cold drinks were just syrup got a ceaser salad was hot not cold like a salad should be not to mention I have food poisoning now due to eat here also tried calling no one will answer the phone what a terribly owned business I would like a refund oh yeah never got my receipt with my food guy just handed me my card back and pushed my food out the window needs better employees….
