Hardee's

Hardee's on Plantation Rd in Roanoke Va I called ahead of time to see if they were open. I was told they were open till 7. I know sometimes they close early because of lack of help.I got there and tried to place a drive thru order and got no answer.I drove up to the window and a young girl finally came to the window. I believe she must hsv been pretty new..It took awhile for her to take my order and to get it right. I don't blame her There were at least two more people there I thinko soomene should have come to the window and helped her out. Surely some one else was in charge. I miss how it used to be at this Hardees

I will say I work at a restaurant and this is just sad. Idk who was working the drive thru but they are horrible. I feel like they dont even want to be working and they cant even have a nice attitude and I asked for jelly and syrup for my French toast sticks meal and I only got jelly no syrup. They were just so rude. It's not that hard for people to be nice to customers.

As always, my mother and I stop there each week for lunch when we spend the day together. Drive-Thru, always polite, and friendly on numerous occasions when I have ordered coffee with my sandwich, they have made a fresh pot. Always ask if we have coupons. Just always a good experience for us each time. Never have had any issues with the food or staff. I look forward to stopping each time my mother and I spend the day together. I do go to other Hardee's. This one is my favorite, and I will go out of my way to go to this location and I reside in SE Roanoke, VA.
