7-eleven

As far as store being clean not to bad, very small and seems they focus more keeping stock on liquor and alcohol then any other drink, cashiers are all rude, stand around staring at you instead of ringing you up, then when they do ring you up and you try to use your number for 7 eleven points the cashier then removes it from the screen so you don't get any points on your purchase, not sure why they do this but it should be looked into from corporate as this Is not policy I'm sure, manager seems nice but the rest of the employees need to go and rehire ones thay actually care about their job. I'm sure there are better 7 eleven in this area that won't cheat the customers.

This 7-11 is so very poorly ran. A very unprofessional woman of the name sierra works here. She puts up a hand written sign that says her system down for 30 minutes and locks the door. But her boyfriend pulls up and she unlocks the door and lets him in. She also makes out with guys in the store in her work uniform. I’m a customer and have even witnessed that! What kind of 7-11 allows workers to just do what they want? And she also refused to tell me who the general manager of this store is! But none the less it’s definitely the most poorly ran 7-11 in Roanoke!

The owner of this location used to be a gentleman by the name of Michael. He left the store about three months prior and ever since then, there has been poor stocking where there are empty shelves of things that Michael used to keep stocked. Also in the evening between the hours of 630 and 8 PM there is a female cashier that locks the store for multiple hours during the busiest times of when people are getting off of work. One time I walked in where the same female cashier was acting inappropriate with what appeared to be her boyfriend. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! The store is unclean and the employees recently hired are worthless...PLEASE Bring Michael back!!!!

In the morning I went to buy beers, and the one that charges me asked me if I am legal because I am very young and my ID is from North Carolina, it bothers me a lot, in the afternoon I returned to the same store 2933, I spoke with the same person, She refused to give me her name, I called to speak with the manager but she is on vacation for Christmas, I never go back to that store, the other cashiers treat me very well but with her who did not give me her name I had a very bad time! They gonna loose customers for her , short black lady , with bad actitudes!

You say that your doors are always open! But the sign outside your door says closed at 1:30!? Ummm why? Really on the busiest night? Your parking lot is full. And your staff is outside smoking! Usually y'all are awesome for whatever reason y'all dropped the ball for this week! Why would you pick a Friday? Frr
