wish I could put 0. came in to break a bill and waited 10 mins for employee to stop stocking to serve us with every customer in the store in the line. then when I asked to break a bill the man rudely told me he wouldn’t. I gave him 5$ and as I said I wish I knew he couldn’t breAk my bill because now I was running late, he snatched my snack away and wouldn’t allow me to purchase. That snack was for my 4 year old autistic son before he went to school this morning & I needed the bill broke to pay his babysitter while I can get out. This man treated me like I didn’t belong in his store

The manager is rude an extremely hostile got n a shouting match an threatened 2 call police 4 no reason. A checkout girl made a mistake an the manager blamed it on me an i told her not 2 worry about it an manager told me 2 leave his store. Muhamid is name on his name tag. He just lost control. Extremely dangerous person who does not need 2 deal with the public

Went to my local 7-eleven for coffee this a.m., coffee just being made an No Sugar substitute ,when I ask for splenda I was told to go to a different 7-eleven, I replied that makes no sense and was ask to LEAVE THE STORE! Are you serious? When I stated I would just call corporate, he said Boldly, I'M THE OWNER! LOL,SOMEBODY RIGHTS YOUR CHECK!!!!

This store is horrible! Very bad customer service! I contacted customer service and left complaint because how my grandson was treated. The store calls this morning but when I answer they hang up. I’ve tried calling multiple times to only have it go to the fax machine when it’s obvious they are by the phone because I’ve called back immediately when they just called. Why complain? It does absolutely no good. The owners have always been nice in person so this completely blows my mind.

The manager was rude that I didn’t take the scratched up lottery tickets that he gave me and when I told him I don’t want those they have scratches on two and they were 3 ,5$ tickets, so after I asked can I get new one he was rude and said no you have to buy or you can go somewhere else , so I called the Va lottery and he was in the wrong, but all I wanted was for the manager to apologize , I’m a off and on costumer at 7/11 and I see a lot that others don’t “🤔!
