Dunkin'

This is consistently the worse customer service in Richmond County. Workers can’t be bothered to serve you and every question is an inconvenience. There is a large woman who works the window that is unbelievably rude. Workers rush you even when there is no one around. Food is never fresh and order is never correct. This is a top-down problem as it appears the hiring manager goes out of her way to hire people better disposed for picking up trash on the side of the road than a customer-facing role. Only game for coffee or they would have closed long ago.

Nice "inside a store" Dunkin Donuts. Make it yourself with better prices than your typical high priced Coffee Shop. Easily accessible right off the main drag in Rockingham. Clean. Friendly staff in the store. Lots of flavors to choose from... Mocha, Vanilla, Caramel, and just plain hot or iced coffee. Plenty of room to fix things they way you want. Get the Speedway card and enjoy free coffees every now and then. Parking lot is alittle difficult as its pretty small for the amount of business.
