Wrong coffee orders, loud and cold! Fire door propped open and was told that it was a fire hazard to close it! Told we had ordered the wrong coffee's and that was it!
Won't be returning!

We went for Breakfast after the Dawn Service. It wasn't too crowded, as it has been in the past on ANZAC Day. We were told Bacon and Eggs was a half hour wait. Tea and coffee were 10mins. It appeared they called in extra staff, our B&Es were only 20mins. Nice food and efficient service. Thanks manager and staff.

Nice food, however when I went there for breakfast on 11/6/2022 at 10:10am the young male walked up to my table and grabbed my plate. Didn’t ask if I was finished. Poor service buddy. If you don’t want the job, leave it for someone who does.

What I will say about Dôme is they are consistent. No matter where you go, the quality is always the same. There is nothing in their offerings that is done exceptionally well, nor done terribly. If you are a creature of habit and don't like variety, then Dôme is the venue for you.

Great coffee but wait time for fries was about 40-45 mins. Ended up ordering just the coffee.

Food is pretty good. Bananasespecially are usually always green tasting, and drinks here are usually lukewarm even during quiet times. I felt too bad to go back to the counter a third time to have my hot chocolate warmed up after other issues.

I saw staff and management kick out a service veteran with Gongs on both left and right sides of chest today for being medically exempt. Disgusting whilst they wore ANZAC day pins abhorrent behavior and treatment of a veteran.
I saw a man with a mask exemption go to order for this veteran and even he with identification and exemption letter he to was denied service.
