Arcade Fish & Chips

A fish and chip shop that doesn’t adequately salt its chips should only be able to score a max of 3/5. Poor service from a rude staff member at the front counter would mean a 2.5 but there are no half stars here. There are too many fish and chip shops in Rockingham for a business to allow these things become the lasting impression for first time diners. Salt ya chips!

went here after tafe to get some chips , walked in and the lady / possibly manager didn’t have a mask on , i asked for $4 worth of chips and asked for fresh chips , the lady at the front rolled her eyes, i then asked her if i could have a container instead of the wrapping , she slammed it on the counter , after i received my chips and found out my friend doesn’t like vinegar so i asked for an extra container , she demanded 20c and told me how they cost money and because she already gave me one how was i suppose to know she was gonna charge me. i had no problem paying but the way she rolled her eyes and demanded money and slammed the second box on the table was beyond rude. Should be ashamed of your service as well as safety for customers ( no masks on)

Fish was crispy and the fresh cut chips were awesome! My 2yo are a bunch of them. The service was great and the waiting time was short as we are the first in line. The portions were big and although there was a slight increase in price, I'm going to say that it's still good value for us! We ordered the family deal (4x fish + 4x crabstick and loads of chips) at $33.

Been going to this place for years. Was great up until a few months ago. The chips were just bits mixed in with a few chips. Then they put the price up and the quality went down further. Even to oily fish batter which never happened before. We decided to give it one more try and wow was that a mistake. The price has gone up again by $1 and they have either changed to another oil to cook with or the fish batter was going off. It had a weird taste and the after taste stayed at the back of your throat unless it was washed down with water. More oil leaking out of the fish and chips and again lots of small bits and very few actual chips. Will not be going back and I advise all to be careful as the:taste is quite disgusting..
