Pals is usually good but the last couple of times in Rogersville it's been cold soggy fry's & the food barely warm. We waited almost 15 minutes at pickup window with no line & the food was all cold. So we sat there another 2 minutes at the window trying to get the girl's attention , she finally noticed they give us fresh food except they heated the fry's in microwave. They need to go to Church hill location & learn fast&sudden again!

Gravy biscuit was delicious and dipping the cheddar rounds into the gravy after you had finished the biscuits sooo good you will not even believe how good it was.

The fries have really gone down hill but my burger was good and the staff is always friendly.

Those bacon double cheese burgers are so good and the ice tea has improved last chilli cheese dogs are just so delicious

The service has gone down in the past year. I've gotten cold food, and my order was missing food as well. The traffic flow is ridiculous.

Always quick, fast, and hot the manager Ian is wonderful at his job and always goes beyond and above.

Not sure what makes their burgers taste so much better than the established Fastfood places, but I would never turn down a chance to pickup one if theirs!
