Taco Bell

I went to Taco Bell for lunch on 1/3/2022. I eat there very often for lunch because I work close by. However, I will never go to the Taco Bell/KFC in Rogersville again. I have had several bad experiences there, but I understand that restaurant work can be difficult and I DO appreciate the fast food industry as a whole. I pulled through the drive thru and asked for three soft tacos and an ice water. The girl responded by asking if I wanted to make that a combo and it went down hill from there. I said, "No, I just want soft tacos, not Supremes and I only want ice water". She rang up three Soft Taco Supremes. I told here I didn't want Supreme and she got very short and rude sounding and told me to pull around; she would have my total at the window. When I pulled to the window, she said it would $7 something and I said for three soft taco??? She said, "you also got a water that was $2.36". I said, "$2 for water?". She said, "I don't set the prices, that's just what they are". Since she already handed me the water, I paid for it and asked her to cancel the tacos. I asked to speak to her manager, who looked at me like I was bothering her and wasting her time telling her what had happened. She just gave be a "What?" face and told me to have a nice day. I looked at my receipt and noticed the girl had rang it up as an orange soda, so I went inside. Again, I was treated very unprofessionally by the girl and her manager. They gave me my money back, but they weren't pleasant about it. I understand that it may be difficult to get good help, but really people with their attitudes have no business in a customer contact position.
