I have often been to IHOP in other locations, but we really enjoyed our food here. Breakfast was delicious, the protein pancakes were really good. It was a weekend day, so it was busy. We were seated in about 15 minutes. Good service.

They were a little short staffed, but once we were seated every thing was good. I ordered the Big Steak Omelet and it was good and way to much to eat so I had leftovers for later.

I ordered the classic breakfast bowl. Food was delicious. Service was kinda slow, but I would attest that to lack of employees at the time. Parking lot, lots of it and easy to get into and out!! I wish all shopping centers were as easy. Would definitely go again.

This is unacceptable there was no manager on duty. My question is who's holding the serv safe certificate. This was the worst IHOP I have been to in a while. The server said the the humidity did this to the salt. Then my food comes out cold 🥶 as all out doors. When I asked for the manager there was no manager to be found in site. I was told the manager was not scheduled to be in until 9:30 10:00 so then I asked well if the health inspector came in who hold the serv safe certificate. I don't know who needs to hear this but This Restaurant Needs To Be Inspected for a number of reasons. In This Covid era somebody's going to get sick eating out of this restaurant. It's just sad that so many people take jobs that they have no passion for at this point the entire staff needs to be fired. FYI there was only one costumer in the entire store but it took us almost thirty minutes to get our food for it to be cold 🥶 UNACCEPTABLE.

Staff was friendly helpful and attentive. Food was good, better than expected actually. Even got the birthday song out of them for my 9 yr old. Tables where clean and bathrooms decent.

Tiffany was our waitress today, 5/7 9:15am. She was quick, friendly and accomodating so we tipped over 20%. We were seated quickly. Flavored coffee creamers are an option, food always pretty good/Golden Ring location.

Our waitress was the best! I'm always impressed when they bring the exact order and never write it down. Bacon was perfectly cooked and crispy. Eggs were egg-selent!! Great IHOP!

Great service, good food, clean. Lily is awesome; she will make sure your order is just the way you want it. Don't try to call- they never answer the phone.
