Mcdonald's

Of I could give a rating of 0 I would. This is the worst McDonald's I have ever been too. The first time I came I had to wait till the employee was done having a conversation with her friend. Just to get my order 20 minutes later. I go today the manager charges me for a bacon mcdouble instead of a mcdouble that was asked for and even then there is no bacon on the sandwich. She didnt ring me up for the fries I asked for and had an attitude the whole time. The one fry I did get I asked for a value fry and she rung up a small fry and the fries were burnt. And this is a manager and the other lady with her was a manager too. I have never had such terrible service like this before. I plan to make a formal complaint with the company as well.

Young male employee proceeded to wet mop floor without ringing it out ,after several customers complaints, trying to tell him to RING THE MIP OUT continued to ignore everyone trying to explain that people where slipping all over and going to FALL He continued to argue with a lot of people that he knows how to mop.. The manager never told him to Ring the Mop out either... Until people complained for over A half an Hour!!!! Then just told him to wait till they closed I've never seen such a Disregard of Customers safety before

If I could do negative I would. We ordered for our family .2 mcdoubles no cheese no pickles extra onions, 1 plain hamburger, 1 plain cheeseburger, 6 nuggets, soda & 2 fries . i can understand the mcdoubles being wrong but we were missing the cheese burger, mcdoubles were wrong, one fry half full, no soda. I go back up with the bag the cashier gets an attitude about the soda before I open my mouth. Round 2; she tells me its gonna be a wait all smart. Then I get 2 fries, 1 plain cheeseburger, 2 hamburgers; still not right. Another lady comes back with my cheeseburger during this time. So Round 3; I get two hamburgers with only extra onions & some lettuce on it. Meanwhile 3 other people are getting wrong orders and mine is never right. I had to request ketchup, mustard, and the second patty. The cook is throwing the food around that came back .And I got to eat cold nuggets cause I waited so long for food that was never made right

Experience at this Mcdonalds stood out as on of the worst I've eaten at. All the employees gave off a vibe of not giving a ____ towards creating any kind of pleasant experience. My sausage egg mcmuffin meal and burrito order took 15 -20 minutes and the "egg mcmuffin" came without a egg. I heard an employee say to the cashier that there wasn't any cooked egg. Rather than let me know so I could order something else she just shoved an egg-less sandwich into the bag so they didn't have to deal with me. There was 6 people behind me all waiting as long as me for their order and one customer waiting 10 minutes for a medium coffee after getting passed off between 3 employees. On top of all this, the food I did get was made poorly even by Mcdonalds standards and I felt sick the rest of the day. For a restaurant that all most customers expect is consistent food served fast, it isn't difficult to have them leave content enough to not think twice about the experience and get on with the rest of their day.

If I could give this place a zero, I would!! We went to the Golden Ring McDonald's last night for "breakfast", and I just posted pics of what were supposed to be egg mcmuffins. They probably would have killed us if we ate them! I wish I could attach it to this review. Disgusting! There's a black molded center looking thing on each that probably used to be some kind of yolk. It was hard, rubbery, could not be cut, and I am certain to NEVER eat at another McDonald's. When I called the manager back, he was VERY relaxed "What do you want me to do about it? We're getting ready to close." Value your health and stay away.
