I always give businesses a 2nd or even 3rd chance. I don't even know how I keep coming back. I placed an order at 1.30, not even for that much food. I pay and then get told that the wait will be 13 minutes and if that was okay. I said well I guess so. Expecting the food to be fresh, it's not 1:56 and I'm still waiting. Watching the cars go in and out of drive thru. A lady comes out with a bag of food, it's mine. She's been talking to some one else in a car for about 2 minutes, food is going cold. "I'm so sorry about that". This has happened 3 times now. Going to make the extra 2km commute to the next kfc from now on. Thanks a bunch...
After collecting food: nuggets are hot, soggy and there are 19 in the box. I ordered a regular chips on the side and didn't get those. The chips in the 3 piece box weren't fresh... seriously...

The wait is generally long, appears to be new customer service that is a bit slow and keeps asking how to charge sauce etc. We've always ordered ahead from the app before coming in store but still wait 20 mins to get our order prepped. The food is always correct and warm and nice. It would be great if the waiting time can be reduced.

Absolutely worst KFC I have been to. If I could give no stars and post a review I would. Purchased a Zinger box, 10 nuggets and a piece of chicken. The lady taking my order was rude, ignored me, and just did not have any level of customer service whatsoever. She began taking my order then without warning there was radio silence for 5 minutes. Only after I repeatedly started saying hello did she respond to me. On top of this, she told me that the piece of chicken I requested was not available. She didn’t give me options, she didn’t offer a solution or my money back or tell me that I needed to wait until they cook up a new batch. This was around 8:30 with the store scheduled to close at 10 so there was no excuse to say it was at the end of the day for them. At the end I didn’t even get an extra piece of chicken yet I have been charged full price. I’ve tried calling the store so many times to either get my money back or at least a coupon for a new order and no one picks up. Completely appalling and technically have been illegally charged for a food I didn’t even receive. Absolutely horrendous.

horrible experience. I live in rosehill and had to go there few times as it is next to my house. every time I went I had horrible experience. most of the time they say don't have chicken come back after half an hour. today I bought original recipe $11.95. first the girl at the counter charged me more (they did before lot of times), then when I showed her which one she just said I don't, what do you mean I don't know? then when I came hone with that opened the box instead of 3 pieces they gave me only 2 pieces of chicken but definitely charged me full price. I don't know how they are running famous franchise business. either they should be professional or they should shut down. they don't even deserve 1 star

Went here maybe 5 times after north Parramatta KFC closed (which was the best KFC) and it's so bad. I can't believe management haven't read the reviews and at least tried to improve the customer experience. The food is sloppy in the box. Rushed. Cutlery rarely provided. Don't listen to basic orders (gravy only, not potato and gravy). I do always see a long queue in the drive through though so maybe they're making enough money they don't care about the reviews and customer experience. Either way it's been great. Haven't had KFC in years now and never felt healthier. So thanks for showing me how to forget you

Terrible service. Staff couldn't care less about serving us and more interested in chatting amongst themselves out the back. After nearly a 15 minute wait between walking in and getting our food, Chips served cold and was an issue when we asked for fresh hot ones.

Very disappointing ordered 2 go buckets to find my satisfaction very disappointed not a lot of fries or popcorn chicken in the bucket, not much of it in there. We ordered a large fries and felt like I got scammed as there were only half of the fries in the box. Very disappointed, not happy and satisfied with the food they gave us as the quantity was very poor.

Go to a different KFC. Everytime I come here it's a massive wait inside the store or if I go through drive through, there's something wrong with my order.
Gave it another chance this time. They gave me 2 pieces of chicken in BOTH of my 3 piece boxes and the chicken was the size of a wicked wing. It was less food than a go bucket. They forgot to give me drinks or any reciept as well. I got the drinks but didn't check my box till I got home.
It's not worth the time saved if this place is near you, just go to the next nearest KFC instead, I'll be doing that from now on.
