Jet's Pizza

POORLY OPERATED LOCATION! Jets is usually good but this is my second terrible experience with this location. The first time they got our order wrong and then were rude when we reported it and refused to fix it. This time the pizza was mushy (normally crispy) and barely had any sauce. And the normally yummy cinnamon bread was overcooked, tough, and not enough icing. Tastes like cardboard. And neither was properly pre-cut so it made a big mess. Avoid this location (E Cobb, Shallowford) and try for the Smyrna location instead.

First time ordering a pizza and very pleased and will order again soon. My wife placed on our order through their website, given a time to pick up, and order was hot, ready and on time as promised. Great service and many thanks to the young man that greeted me quickly and said thank you when leaving. And this is a case that so is needed for many - shop and buy local. Small businesses and their staff need your business.

I waited over two hours for a pizza and called to complain. I wanted a refund and one of the owners was very rude, did not apologize, and said they would only give me a store credit. Pizza finally arrived. That’s fine but for this owner to be defensive, confrontational, and to lack basic customer service skills is pathetic. 🙄 The other owner who delivered my pizza was very sweet and kind- thank you! That softened the blow a little bit Apparently a Dr. Jekyll & Mr. Hyde situation here. Buyer beware! This place is going down hill fast. Not the kind of drama I was looking forward to on a Rainy Sunday evening, Netflix and chill kinda night. 👎

I would have preferred for the store to call when the order was placed for me to find out that the Tea I ordered was not in stock. I feel like the representative who was on the phone was not interested in my commentary and rushed me off the phone. Overall I enjoy the deep dish pizza but this experience was subpar at best.

Always late, constantly getting orders wrong. One time they completely lost/forgot about my order. I waited about 30 minutes, because it normally takes them at least 20 minutes after the quoted delivery time, and called them up only to be on the phone for another 15 minutes for them to tell me they don't have my order. Eventually they put in my order and told me I still have to pay for ANOTHER delivery fee, and that it would be another 45 minutes. Then when the pizza finally comes it is incorrect. It is more common to receive an incorrect order than a correct one. They are only in business because there are no other deep dish pizza places in town. Management has become complacent. Edit: I have never had as many issues with ordering pizza as I have had with their website. Every other time I go to order something it can't process my payment or says it can't contact the store to place the order. Every other Jets has a different style website and no issues. Edit 2: please have some sort of consistency with tracking orders. Half the time I can track it, half the time I can't.
