Hooters

I've been coming to this location for many years, both dining in and for takeout. Who doesn't love the wings 😋 (garlic parm and BBQ pictured here) the service can be spotty but for the most part, the ladies have been attentive and efficient (especially to my two kids, which doesn't go unnoticed). The only negative I have is that the Caesar salad has gotten considerably smaller over time and doesn't seem to be romaine lettuce but the hard, light lettuce that is not appealing to me.

Tiffany was my bartender and server and she did an excellent job!! She came by my table to make sure me and my co workers were very well taken care of on drinks and food. She is absolutely great!! She made the hooters experience amazing!!!! When I come back, I want her to be my bartender / server again. Thank you Tiffany for such great service!!!!

My first time trying Hooters, Literally, the worst Doordash experience I have ever had. The food was completely unbeatable - the only way to describe it. The sliders were extremely undercooked & cold leaving them being thrown away because we could not eat them. The wings were so very dry, & The sauce was not on the boneless wings, and they were refrigerator cold, it was so disappointing, my children were literally crying. The fries were cold, freezing cold. No seasoning! None. It was as if the food had been sitting in the microwave waiting on someone to order it, and we were the unlucky family of 3 to experience this horrible food. On top of that, I always tip after I get my order because I’ve had people take food, etc.. my dasher Destiny sent me a message, (no greeting or anything. AFTER she accepted my order and I had already sent her a kind message thanking her for her services) her response was, and I quote “please tip at least $1 or something, I have 3 small kiddos and these gas prices are so high, $5 at least or something. Anything will help :)” um, completely unacceptable. Respectfully, I didn’t choose your life, or your job. I know how high gas is because I drive everyday! & I have kids! This is a lot of peoples story and some have it harder than others, always - Embrace what you’re doing and allow people to bless you for that. Completely turned me off from Door Dash.

This location has been here since I can remember and that’s going back a long time ago. 30+ years! It has seen its up’s & down’s but the last 2 years a huge change for the better. Better management, organization and service. Their buffalo chicken sandwich is awesome! Huge portions, look at the size of the chicken and the pics. Salad is “okay” for iceberg lettuce it’s edible. Service is also performed with a friendly smile. Very attentive, drinks are always full. Always asking if I need anything else. Roswell Hooters is back!👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

Seems they had my previous review removed so here we go again.The bathroom was disgusting and had an atrocious smell. The experience was the horrendous when it came to service. I sat at the bar and wasn't greeted for several minutes even though it was only myself and one couple seated at bar. I will admit once I finally got my drink it was very good. Took forever to get my next drink. My server was conversing with the couple but barely put full sentences together talking to me.I've worked in the industry myself. Each guest deserves a pleasant experience and the server/bartender plays a big role in that. Other Hooter's I've been to are awesome but if I were you I would steer clear of this location.

Ordered to go and the food was disgusting. I ordered the Buffalo platter mild everything and it was barely any sauce on the food. I also asked for all flats, and didn’t get it, and ordered a strawberry lemonade and didn’t get it. Chicken was over cooked. Literally a waste of money. I threw it all away. I really want my money back
