Went to the drive thru on South Main Street, Roswell NM. The service of staff she was friendly and respectful. The oil of the fries need to be changed. The fries and tatertot were cold, taste old.

Worst sonic In town. They make you wait in the drive thru line when you order online I waited 20 min just to get my food that I ordered ahead of time! Mich was very disrespectful at drive thru.

Food is usually good. Only had one time where the burger was bad but that's it. I have had to go in one time because the gave me fries instead of tots but that was quickly fixed. Other than that the food is fresh and hot.

I got a chicken strip dinner (#11). Worse chicken dinner I've ever got! The chicken is very dry and hard. The gravy is luke warm and like Elmer's glue! Just absolutely disgusting!!!!

The people were rude the food was so horrible I got the number 11 and the chicken was still raw the milkshakes taste so horrible literally wanted to puke my guts out and all the manager did was laugh about it never going back to the Sonic ever again

Multiple stalls not working, meat on burger was cooked dry. The tea was watered down with no taste.

I have to say the Mango cream slush did not taste as good as it was supposed to. We used to order these in Idaho regularly. They were delicious. What we were given, tasted watered down and not creamy at all. The flavor was off, either expired or improperly mixed.
I used to come to this sonic for their green chile cheeseburgers. These are good memories, but this is not the first time I have been let down by the south location. It has a bad reputation.
