Valentines Buffet Restaurant And Bar

I thought the food was delicious! I really enjoyed the kumara & veg soup, the vegetable curry, and the stuffing! The bread was nice and was butter was soft and easy to spread. :) Dessert was yummy! It was very quiet when we went, probably because it was the end of the lunch time. For all-you-can-eat/drink coming to less then $40, it's more than a great deal!

Went on a Thursday for a birthday lunch with 4 of us. Friendly greeting on arrival and seated soon after. Great variety of food and everything was fresh from the garlic bread, pizza, chips, fish bites, nuggets, spring rolls, mac n cheese, steamed vegies, korma, tomato basil meatballs, spicy chicken wings, creamy garlic chicken, sweet and sour pork, stir fry noodles, rice, beef black bean in the hot food section to the mussels, raw fish, shrimps, seafood salad, green salad, potato salad etc in the cold food section, the seafood chowder was really good, thick creamy with plenty of seafood and the buns were so soft. desert was a good variety of tiramisu, Louise slice, blueberry n apple pie, ambrosia, pavlova, fruit salad, moose, jelly, bread n butter pudding, sticky date, custard. Soft serve machine and chocolate fountain was awesome. The drinks and cocktails were made very well. A lot of people who post negative feedback must be expecting 5 star restaurant food, which is surprising when the prices are very reasonable compared to other establishments. My only complaint is i ate too much and couldn't fit much dessert in. The birthday girl also dined for free, as we bought along I.D for proof. we'll be back

Wow. Amazing staff. Very welcoming and friendly across the board. The food.. top class menu. All food at a very high standard. Especially the seafood. Raw fish perfect. Desserts delicious and topped off with delicious coffees from machine. Flat whites etc. Great value for money. Made my birthday special with a personal balloon and glass of wine.

Went to Valentines for my 40th birthday upon arrival we were warmly welcomed. Our table had a balloon with Happy Birthday written on it. Yummy kai particularly the seafood... The seafood Chowder was delicious and was topped off with Rewana bread... So good!! Our waiter Jo was amazing he took really good care of us. ❤️ made my night that extra special. Thank You Jo...We definitely recommend and will be back again! 😊

Was hot outside so to come into a fresh,and clean restaurant with the air conditioning on was re-freshing,the chefs were polite & helpful steak cooked amazing,desserts were beautiful especially the apple crumble and custard,raw fish was terrible tasted like vinegar,the pizza was beautiful and we'll presented,my 7year old punished the oysters they were devine. The staff that showed us our table was lovely,due to covid she made sure we were following protocol at all times,emptied our tables when needed to,and greeted us on our way in & just as we were about to leave,her name was Liz,Thankyou Rotorua valentine's for giving us a beautiful exsperience of your restaurant we will be back to dine in again soon. from a happy and full customers from windy wellington.

Arrived just before 7pm left around 8.45 . Would be one of the best dinners I've had for a very long long time, as was expected the seafood was fresh , the seafood Chowder was full of seafood and not like soup . While we were there couldn't help but notice that the table's were wiped and disinfected.
