I ordered a large mocha with soy milk in my keep cup and it tasted great, wasn't watery at all and had a nice texture on top.

The lady who served me that day was probably the best customer service I've ever seen my whole life. The hot chocolate tasted like hot milk though

Lady showed awesome customer service, with a smile even. Didn't have what I wanted but she improvised. Also treated me to 2 toasted sandwiches free of charge, as a tester, she wanted me give her MY feedback on this awesome stuff 👍 thanks 😊
