I have just been in Rotorua for work and this coffee shop was in walking distance from where I was staying. I'm so happy I found it! The coffee is the best in Rotorua if not NZ and the man making the coffee is so friendly! I definitely recommend this place and will be back next time I'm in Rotorua. The cheese scones are great aswell!

Highly recommend this cafe. The coffee was smooth and delicious, even the decaf was great. it was obvious the barista knew what he was doing and he was a lovely bloke to boot.

Was in desperate need of a good coffee on our holiday weekend in Rotorua. Unfortunately, Lotus Cafe did not make a good coffee.
Saw the reviews for this cafe and they did not disappoint. I walked in and the barista was singing and loving life.
I drink a long black and this was probably the best coffee I had ever had! They use Inca Fe coffee beans. Super yummy and smooth. I’m sad I wont ever be back in Rotorua again.
Coffee prices are inline with most cafes in nz.
Unfortunately, no Portuguese tarts this time :(

Cozy coffee place. Good coffee and sizeable and tasty breakfast foods. Coffee is good quality, the place opens early and has convenient parking outside. It's a short drive from CBD but nicer coffee than most places we tried :) - the cheese scones were delish!

My sister brought me to this lovely little cafe that has recently opened up. Baking is done by his partner and we had the most amazing Portuguese tarts and great coffee and great service.
