I came here with my mum and grandma and we had some of the nicest service and the nicest food. The service was fast and kind, and the drinks were easily the nicest crafted coffees and smoothies in rotorua 🤤, the food was absolutely delicious as well!

BirdTheWord has quickly become my new obsession, we ordered the hash brown stack and a side of fries which was not only divine itself, but the portion sizes were completely worth the price we paid ($25.00) service was swift and attentive. Special shout-out to the French girl who served us, you were brilliant. Will definitely be revisiting with friends when we get the chance

I had a great big breakfast, If you are hungry come for big breakfast. Food is delicious, good variety, and great coffee.

Found this restaurant in Rotorua and we're so impressed by the service and food that we never changed our routine for the rest of our visit! The food is fantastic. There are a variety of portion sizes so you can tailor it to your appetite. I loved their spiced chai with almond milk and the pastries are so delicious.

We stopped here for a quick breakfast on our way out of town. The employees were extremely friendly. The food was incredible and the portions were just right. Definitely recommend ordering breakfast here!

The food here is great. The way the food is decorated looks very tasty as well. I also like the relaxing, warm atmosphere and the friendly service here. Highly recommended if you are looking for a cafe that is not too overpriced, having relaxing atmosphere and beautifully representedly food.

The staff here are so lovely; we were greeted with a genuine smile and felt welcomed from first step in. The service is very fast, mocha and got chocolate was ready by the time we sat down- mocha was pleasantly sweet and had perfect foam.
I've never seen a deconstructed bagel before but it was yummy and fun to assemble too. I liked how I could portion how much of each component I wanted 😍
Also they sell a variety of plants here too. The ambience and cafe atmosphere was so lovely~

Just had lunch with my mother here. Both our meals were excellent and we saw someone else having the omelette which looked amazing but huge. Staff are nice
The coffee is called Organic and was very smooth. Cost is moderate $$just as an add on mother has lamb sausage and it was very tasty.

Tried the Lil BTW breakfast of bacon, sausage, poached egg, hash browns, toast, tomato, mushrooms and rustic beans! Delish! There is a bigger size but this was perfect size for me. Lovely, friendly staff. Will definitely come back again 👍
