The Egg And I

Love their drinks! Decent experience, however, they did get our orders wrong. I wanted an over easy egg, but they made a sunny side up. The adjacent people sitting next to us is waited a while ( we were sitting at the community table ) for their food. When it came out, it seemed like their food was having a little hangout time in the back since their food came out cold. Our food was decent and we didn’t have issues like theirs, except for our egg requests. Took away a star because our community company seemed upset with their food and wait time. The drinks again were delicious! We will probably come back for the drinks. As for food, there are other places I would recommend. It seems like a great kids environment because they looked like they enjoyed their food. I like to people watch while waiting for our order. We will give this another shot and update next time!

Delicious food!!! 2 times eating here, not once disappointed. The first time my brother brought me here and I had the waffle, it was delicious; it was perfect. Of course, I tried the dollar million bacon. Which I may say that the million dollar bacon is to die for. The second time, I had to bring my husband along so he could try out this place. The first time I came, I noticed a lot of people order the purple haze drink to go. I had to try it the second time I came. It was good. They do offer immunity shot to add to the drink as well. The second time, I got the Floridian French toast. Which it was good... but I have to say the waffle tasted way better. Kids plates are filling; they serve them a good amount. I highly recommend this place.

I only come here once in a while (and only for breakfast/brunch) but each time I've come in has been a totally lovely experience. The food and drinks are very good. The wait staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. Like any restaurant, on the weekends the wait can be pretty crazy but during the week it's very reasonable.

The service was very slow. We got in line online and the app said it was a wait of around 60 minutes. 60 mins after registering online, when we came to the restaurant, we had to wait for another 75 minutes before getting an outside table. But the food was great. The elevated egg sandwich had creamy avocados, crunchy bacon and the brioche buns were a perfect balance. For drinks, the purple haze and morning meditation both were refreshing and cooling. The pesto quinoa bowl with chicken was both delicious and healthy. Will definitely come again to try their extensive menu options for breakfast and brunch.

First Watch Round Rock is great, busy but great. It’s especially busy with the after church crowds so just preparing you now. It’s worth it though. I always get the AM Superfoods Bowl now because it’s so good! The lemon ricotta pancakes are also a good choice. The expensive bacon is not worth it. Man, my mouth is watering thinking about my Supergoods Bowl! Head over to First Watch or get it to go like I did.

Nayelli saved what would have been a terrible first experience. Walked in at 8, was seated & then ignored by staff for 15 minutes. Nayelli came in and sat a couple of gentlemen near us. She assisted in taking our orders. She was professional, polite, and kind. I wish the rest of the wait staff had her character. Seems to be a management issue, I'm pretty sure we were seated in an area that didn't have coverage & that's what caused the delay. Very grateful for her help.
