Alright Alright my favorite burger joint just took a dumpster dive! The food was dry, the bread was hard, hot dog horrible, burnt onion rings, and NOBODY cared! I can understand being short staff as we were told but don’t compromise quality for quantity. This visit was the worst and I cannot say I am surprised but jasmine our server was pleasant none the less the manager only offered an excuse not a resolution.

The food was slow to get to me but oh boy was it good. That was all I could say about this place. Floors were filthy and all the glass was covered with finger and hand prints along with being dirty. Both male and female bathrooms we're filthy and stinky along with bugs on the floor. Left half my food because could not eat in such a filthy place. ☹️😪. Sorry but this place needs to be cleaned and debugged before I will ever go back.

This place has great burgers, chicken fingers and delicious milkshakes. The customer service was great a well.. We are from Laredo, Tx and visiting for the first time. We will be coming back... Thank you staff... 👍👍

Clean steak and shake with friendly, fast service and good burgers. Would definitely recommend for a quick bite if you're in the area.

The prices are nice and the food was okay. It was nice that they offered free kids plates on the weekend. The service was not that great. The waitress seemed as though she hated everyone and everything. We felt like we were wasting her time by making orders. She didn't explain how things worked at the restaurant, and as first-timers there it certainly leaves a lasting impression.
My advice: spend a few extra bucks and go to Freddy's. Better, similar food without grouchy, slow service!
