Girl at counter was nice and helped a person who knew not what she was ordering for another person! Lol. Washed cups purchased before using them!! I don’t like going into a place for anything right now with Covid but promised someone I would set it for them. Not a bad place to do so!

Been getting coffee here for a long time, usually have my custom drink done nicely, order it today and whoever did need some more training, the cup is not even half full.

if it was possible to put a negative value, then it would stand! this is the slowest point! we stood in line for 30 minutes. And there were only 3 people in the queue

Stood in line only to be ignored by both employees working. Only takes a second to greet someone and let them know you’ll be right with them. Don’t waste your time here and just go to the stand alone Starbucks across the street.

Apparently by far the worst Coffee machine Starbucks has in any of there Shops..
I can't even count anymore the breakdown of there Barista, 2 days ago fixed today broken again.
The staff is always nice and friendly and I do like the relocation in the store, however if you can't even get your Coffee machine going longer than 2 weeks in a row you should change your machine, or perhaps the management.
Enough is enough take care about your problem 😫

This is my new favorite Starbucks! It is on the way to my daughter's school, and we stop by every morning for breakfast... the girls at the drive-thru always make me smile. The line is fast, and the staff are warm and welcoming. I love this location because, as a mom, a drive through Starbucks is a godsend for those crazy mornings when all you need is that cup of coffee ASAP.

First of all I went this morning to this location and the lady told me that I was giving her cash the wrong way(which was unnecessary). I was okay with that first, but then I ordered 3 venti Starbucks double shots on ice and the lady seemed annoyed at the fact that I ordered multiple coffees. Then, when I received my coffees they put literally 2 shots of espresso in the Venti cup. Literally the 2 shots could fit in a freaking tall cup. I told the lady that the order was wrong and she insisted it wasn’t but then I showed her the Starbucks app and how the Starbucks double shot on ice has milk, syrup and sugar in it and she literally ONLY added milk to like the 70% line. I told her it was ok after she gave it to me because I was already agitated. After that I was leaving and I heard both of the ladies saying that a Starbucks double shot on ice was just two shots on ice which is wrong considering literally the Starbucks app has what it has in it. I’ve been a Starbucks customer for years now and this location has disappointed me a lot and it just shows how their service is lacking now. I seriously will consider next time I go to Starbucks. There is another Starbucks 3 miles away. GO TO THAT ONE DO NOT GO TO THIS ONE.
