Austin's Pizza

Still rocking and crazy busy.... and scrumptious! Love the ease of ordering and picking up with curbside delivery. Awesome/ busy- crazy / but rocking my pizzas!! I guess after 5 days without power and water, everyone's ready! Online ordered 2 pizzas and cinnamon sticks and was told 27 minutes to come and get it. Was done in time but had to park illegally. It was the first time parking lot was full! Got home with my hot pizzas and cinnamon twists. Everyone here very happy too. Bless all the people making pizzas and keeping it running so smoothly with so many orders!

Consistently one of the best chain stores around. Food is always great tasting and warm; ordering online/app is simple and usually has good deals. Only complaints I have is that delivery is extremely pricey and slow, curbside workers can sometimes have a slight "attitude", and picking up from the counter can take forever. Make sure to NEVER order by phone since I mean why would you when online ordering is 100 times more accurate and you get free rewards?

It was delicious! We ordered the Buffalo Chicken Pizza that was perfect taste and texture. We ordered on the app. The delivery lady was quite nice and cordial. I’m not too picky, but the drinks were a little warm probably from being out of the fridge, and one of our item’s ingredients wasn’t removed, but it was still enjoyable. Thanks!

Ordered a pizza that never showed up even though it said delivered. Called the store and spoke to 2 different individuals, one being the general manager in which he told me that i was pretty much lying that he delivered it to my door and knocked. Never received it and they wouldn't refund money or give store credit. He got an attitude with me on the phone in which definitely isn’t professional coming from a gm. About 20 minutes later i get a knock on the door from neighbors about a block from me at 2209 bringing me my food that the GM had delivered it to them! Terrible customer service!! But he said he delivered it to 2202 smdh 2209 definitely isnt my address!! He needs to be retrained or demoted from gm when he cant even get addresses correct and cant speak to customers correctly when he made that error

I have tried to be graceful with this location. It is obvious the manager and most importantly the owner of this location are not worried about customer service, quality control, retaining employees, etc. You know the things you usually see a successful business do . The same problems and the same copy and paste "follow ups" from the owner. Hire, Fire, expect more and deliver more. I'd be embarrassed to have saved or borrowed so much money just to open a franchise and deliver consistently sub-par service without care.
