Taco Bell

I order from here often via door dash - never had an issue until tonight. First dasher showed up and we’re informed that my food was given to someone else. My order was refunded - so I ordered again. This time half my order was missing. Was it the dasher? Was it Taco Bell? Who knows. Oh well, right? So I got that missing item refunded. Then - at this point I wanted to be petty. I ordered a third time - this time placing a desert. I receive a call from my third dasher stating that she was was told, that I was told, that they didn’t have the ingredients for said deserts and that each dasher before her for my orders were informed of this in a very rude tone… however - I didn’t order this desert with my other orders. Whatever - 3rd refund from the same Taco Bell in an hour. If it happens to me 3 times - I can only imagine how many times it’s happening to others. Avoid. :)

Some Taco bells just do better than others. My girlfriend who is very critical of Taco Bell thought that the food at this location was better. Could have used a couple more ordering kiosks inside of the restaurant since had to wait in line to use the two kiosks and there was no counter help actively taking orders

i called asking if i could come pick up my uber eats order since there aren’t any drivers around and the guy laughed at me, said some really rude things and hung up. not sure if he heard me correctly or understood what i was asking but it was extremely unprofessional. i try to be ask understanding with fast food workers since they’re under a lot of pressure, especially late at night and usually they’re really nice but this guy was a complete tool.

It's been a long time since a Taco Bell has made me feel so unwelcome, but I won't make the mistake of visiting here ever again. The drive thru attendant was so insulting and rude. He asked us to wait, and while we discussed options amongst ourselves he told us to stop mumbling if we were ready to order! This all happened within 30 seconds, and he never said he was ready to take our order. I don't understand how people are desperate for jobs when we have service workers like this in our restaurant industry.
