Taco Bell

This Taco Bell has really fallen in the time we've been in round rock(2yrs) but this visit was the cherry on top! The lady at the window had rude body language and seemed as if we were a inconvenience ordering with them. Everything was ice cold not even warm at least. The cheese was not melted. The chicken chipotle melts had one single piece of chicken (on all but one),the chicken quesadilla was just like everything else nearly no chicken and cheese was not melted(ice cold), and the beef bean burrito was ice cold with lots of tortillas and hardly any beef, beans and cheese. This was hands down worse experience I've had at a Taco Bell. I don't know what's going on with this store but the GM needs to get a handle on this, or corporate/franchise needs to take a peak in cause this is ridiculous.

I called yesterday after I had went the night before just to see if I had left my card while at the drive through(this was like at 930/10pm) and the lady on the phone was really nice until I heard from the other workers in the background "well they should of called last night" with an attitude. I was just getting off of work the night before and didn't realize until like 4 in the afternoon during my lunch break. I've worked in food and still work in retail. There is no way I would of ever said that to a customer. I usually let things go,but I just wanted to know if my debit card was there before I got a replacement. Maybe reconsider training your staff on hospitality!!

Came in to eat with the family. And the doors were locked right in our faces. Horrible service to be that rude or maybe cause I’m Mexican. Never have I ever dealt with that type of treatment in my life. Never coming back again!! Why say yo come through drive thru only if your closed. And let others in the lobby and not us a second after.

This used to be my go to location. However lately they seem to have gone down hill. The last 4 times I have ordered from this location using the Taco Bell app they have been out of stock on standard items and the rest of the order has been wrong. Today was the last time I will go to this location. Today they had no tea of any kind. I went through the drive thru with my online order. Was instructed to pull around to the front and park at the door with no other cars in line. When the food came out each combo (2 total) was made incorrectly and both were missing items from their combos. I'm done.

Sadly, at this point in time, there is very rarely a good experience at any drive thru. It would seem that paying for a service but getting nothing in return is the new normal. But today was a new and unfortunate low. First, we patiently waited 10 minutes for our order to be taken. That's completely okay, we understand. Second, while having our order taken, we were asked to repeat many times on each request. Okay, perhaps distraction or background noise. Third, we were frequently interrupted with comment oddities. Fourth, we were asked to donate to help high-school kids graduate. Now, about every other drive thru we donate to whatever the current cause is. But today we replied, "No thanks, not today". And the response received was, "Aw man. That really SUCKS." Followed by a long pause, then a curt, "Second window". We then waited another 10 minutes behind two cars clearly unhappy with their own service. Once we paid ($30), we received our food fairly quickly. As we pulled away, we realized we received one straw for two drinks, no chips and nacho cheese, a chicken quesadilla with creamy jalepeno sauce (which we had requested to be removed for a kiddo), and two burritos, two soft tacos, two crunchy tacos and two chulupas with the exact same variation of beef, lettuce and cheese. One of the burritos was wrapped in a soft taco shell inside of a burrito shell. This would have been interesting, but fine, had we not ordered two Cantina Crispy Chicken Delux boxes. While once a decent drive through, I can't recommend this experience to anyone.
