I wouldn’t even give this store a 1 star rating if I were able. I’d rather spend the day at the VA Office in Waco then to deal with a long haired, smart mouth punk, wearing a winter cover in 95 degree weather claiming to be the franchise owner at this particular location. Reading the other customer(s) reviews it’s normal practice for this location stores poor service! I’m grateful to have been passing Round Rock knowing this 7-11 isn’t in my backyard.

About everything you expect for a gas station and convenience store. Rather surprised at the genuinely good quality of the food, especially the hot pizzas they have. They keep the place clean, especially the restroom. The staff are helpful and more friendly than most gas stations. Prices for gas are on par with the rest of the stations on Gattis.

I wanted to do something nice for my kids and get them the Deadpool cups for a slushy. They only had three left and all were dirty on the inside and out like they were tried and then someone decided not to use... I asked the lady working there if she could wash them. She was very rude and told me I could wash them by the sink. I did not know there was a sink I rarely go to 7/11 because I love the service at the HEB gas stations. If I’m a customer that wants to buy my kids a new cup I couldn’t believe she had me wash but I was more upset how rude she was.

I have terrible experience in this location whit a employee, he broked my front glass of my SUV, he said I didn't pay the ice bag and cigarettes, isn't true I did all the transaction, the store had the videos, I finished pay and he half me and run at hit me I definitely run to my SUV and lucked he jumped and broke the front window with his hands
