Papa Johns Pizza

Pretty good if you love very greasy, slop pizza (also a big fan of their plain breadsticks). Sadly though their prices are WAY too extreme just for a 1-topping large pizza and they never have good deals anymore since the CEO incident. They also do an awful job of cutting their pizzas so you have to tear the slices apart and if you order anything that's covered in garlic it'll leak out of the box and all over your car.

If I could give zero stars I would and I NEVER do that. I placed my order through DoorDash. Pizza arrived in less than 30 minutes. Get the pizza to open the box and see it isn’t the correct pizza. My name is on the sticker with the pizza I ordered so I don’t blame DoorDash. I call at 8pm to request the right pizza. Sure no problem we will deliver it to you personally. 845 I call back (no pizza) sit on hold for 7 minutes to be told it was stuck in the system and they would get it to me pronto. 950pm and I call back, no pizza. I am told to check outside the driver dropped it off. I am at a hotel. I even told them to call me because they wouldn’t take down my room number. She offered for the driver to go back and pick up my pizza from the house they delivered it to. Uhm, no way! Then she said they could remake it. After almost 2 hours, I just requested a refund which I am told will take 2-3 business days. Guess we will see. I have NEVER had such poor service with a Papa Johns before. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this one!!

They had my order wrong, called the store manager, answered the phone with very little concern in her voice! Told her it was a unexceptable time frame for my pizza to return to me so I went to pick it up, didn't want to wait another 45mins! When I arrived to the store they had 6 in store employees and 2 drivers completely understaffed on drivers! In my four years of working in a busy inner city papa johns never have I seen a store ran so poorly!

Called the store asking where my pizza was and they said they made it 45 minutes ago rudely , I said so it’s going to be cold? And it was silence, said hello, she said I am still, I said so no response, she said I already told you! I said I wanna talk to the manager and she said I am!!!! Unbelievable. I told her maybe she needed to go to school for her rudeness and ability to talk to customers and take a class is customer services because she stink 💯🤷🏻‍♀️

This is by far the worst experience I have ever had. I went in to get my pizza mind you the manager there said I could not use the restroom and he would not give his name he said he is not entitled to give it to me and proceeded to yell at me to get out. Not sure if he is prejudice because I’m Muslim but he was very very rude. I used the restroom anyways because I was about to go on the floor while he yelled he was going to call the Police really just for using the restroom. As long as they are an open restaurant and serving drinks and food the restroom should never be closed.
