Subway

The morning shift worker was not very welcoming to the point if one doesn't like this job then dont do it. I opted for this place because it wouldn't be full like other eateries on a relaxing Sunday morning. Mood was "aw jeeze customers!!" If the produce for garnishments is not fresh and the welcome is freezing cold, then not rally in on a Sunday morning at Sunway.

Oh my goodness! Melvin and Connie are THE BEST!! I had a large last minute order for multiple sandwich trays and I called only 2 hours ahead when you’re supposed to give 24 hours notice! Melvin could have just told me NO but he reached out to his manager to try to help me and I’m so thankful. Connie was already off work and not only did she allow this to happen but she drove back into work so she could help Melvin prepare this order. They had no reason to help me in this way but they did because they are excellent and compassionate and service oriented! I needed these sandwiches for students at the Round Rock high school and without them 150 students would have had no dinner. Thanks so much Connie and Melvin for feeding us food and love! You’re amazing!! Great hires Subway!!

Placed an online order here in April since it was within their hours listed online. Showed up and they had just closed (at 8, posted hours say 9). They didnt call us to tell us they were closing and didnt make our order. The manager said our money would be refunded. It wasn't. I sent a message on their website and got one response that they would send a check. They didnt. I tagged them on Twitter and they responded to DM them. I did and they never replied. So I sent another message on their website. I got a canned reply and that was it. I later called the store and a new person was managing the store. She said she would pass on my issue and I would get a call in the next couple of days. I never did. I still have not received a refund for my order that was never filled. We went back today to see if going in person would work. We showed up at 6:30 pm. The store was closed. With hours marked as 8 am -9:30 pm....

I would give this place zero stars if I could. I have 6 kids and we decided we would let them pick out what they wanted to eat a couple nights ago and they wanted subway. I placed an online order and got confirmation that my order would be ready at 8:30pm. When I pull up to the store to pick up the doors are locked and people inside ignoring me while they sweep. The sign on the door said they were open til 9:30pm but had marker written on the door saying g they closed at 8pm. I reported to subway because they took our money and they have yet to resolve the issue. To this day it's like they just stole 40 dollars from me and my family. I will never return to subway again, whether it be this location or any other.. so the poor rating isn't just for the store but for subway in general.
