Beware of this place. Read the health and safety portion above. They've gotten hit already for some violations. The bbq pork in the wonton soup had an odd strong flavor, one of the baked oysters had rough hairs inside, they had chemicals lying around, their only urinal in the men's didn't flush and they have mosquito problem in the bathroom as well. The couches in the dinning area are full of stains and the bathroom was just filthy. This place is all bad.

This is a Cantonese Restaurant known for its delicious dishes. However, the Diet Coke came in a can, no fountain, no refills. the services falls short as most of the Chinese restaurants around the Rowland Heights area. The services stop Once they placed your order on the table. They don't check back to make sure everything is good. They don't see empty glasses need refills. And surprisingly They were no thank you after I paid my bill. The interior was chic but out of place, there are disco lights hanging from the ceiling like a night club. The bathrooms were clean but the funky unfit toilet seat evidencing the careless management. So, here are my ratings:

Food is tasty. We come here for Hong Kong style food. They actually use real salted fish in their salted fish dishes. This is a taste from the past that I crave every so often. It is super tasty but is an acquired taste. Some people think the smell and taste is strong but I love it! As for dessert, we love the Hong Kong waffles. So tasty! Sweet and crunchy and hot! Yum! All the kids and adults love it.

I went to Tasty Garden for lunch on Monday, 5/31/21. I ordered Roasted Pork with Oyster Pot (火腩生蠔煲). The roasted pork was just half-roasted (more like poorly done braised pork) and salty. It was also cold in the center. The oysters were salty and tiny. I also ordered a Wonton soup Noodle. The noodle and soup were strong in alkaline. It was just terrible. I will certainly not coming back.

I ordered steam chicken, fried calamari, and salted fish minced chicken with eggplant hotpot. The food tasted so good. Yummy Yummy. This restaurant is a hidden gem in Rowland Height.

Good food , great taste , and outstanding customer service, I go there twice a week, although I live in Orange county, the chicken is one of my favorite, Tasty Garden in Roland height is a great place to go to eat,😊🌈

Food is delicious!! Staff were friendly!! A great gathering place for any occasion!! They also have private room for karaoke!! So you can sing, eat, drink and chat with friends or family.

Awesome place to get some Chinese food, delicious, heartwarming and family style for a really good price. Recommend it to anyone looking for a hearty Chinese meal. It will definitely fill you up plus fill up another person as well.
