Some cashiers are extremely nice and keep the line moving etc during the day especially the older guys. Some can be very rude at times. Earlier today an individual bought a large cheese pizza and was treated rudely when he politely complained that he couldn’t eat pepperoni/non-kosher meat. It was clearly their stocking issue so refund him and apologize if you don’t have cheese pizza as he ordered don’t sell him a pepperoni. Right now they are randomly closed at 2 am with All lights on and door just locked on customers no cone in door etc. At times lame and condescending treatment of customers

Never thought I would ever have to post a review about a place. But God the experience was just terrible. Im a doordasher and someone had placed an order to this specific place to pick up a order. I asked this old Asian man worker to see if he has the order ready and he yells at me to leave and he doesn't do business with doordash. Like most rude service in any public place I have ever encountered. Legit I had to cancel my doordash order which is also my customers fault for not answering my calls and messages about the order. Do not ever take orders that lead you directly to this 7 eleven. By far the worst staff ever.

I have been going to this 7-11 since October and have gone at least 50-100 times to do the same type of transaction. While attempting to do two transactions get cash back twice [ a $5 and a $10] Jake the cashier [short asian man 50+ with glasses ] started yelling at my partner and I when I put a pack of gum back "ugh is that it, is this all. " I respond yes, then asked if I was getting cash back and once I said yea he demanded I spend another dollar. I have never had to do that so I told him and he rudely insisted that I had to spend more money. I told him No and continued to pay for the gun and told him to watch. The transaction went threw and he was obligated to give ne my $10. He slammed my $10 on the counter while I asked for his managers name and. Ignoring me he attempted to blow me off but I stated I needed to buy swisher for my next transaction. He smacked his lips and yelled "which one then" I stated the flavor 6 times while he acted frustrated like he couldnt find the flavor I stated. Once he found it he snatched my ID. I do not appreciate this customer service.there were plenty of witnesses . No one should enforce random rules and treat people like they aren't human.

The owner is sooo bad (especially during coffee rush hour?!?!?) !! Would give zero stars. Wouldn't let me scan the app to get to my free cup and charged me for 2 large cups when one was a refill?!?! And this isn't the first time this has happened. No wonder they don't have a beer licence either. Would not visit again, 7-11 do something this place!!
