Yogurtland

I want people to be aware of how much they charge. Ordered this which only weigh 6.5oz and was charged $5.35. On their menu it says 61cents/oz. They at least charged 1 dollar more for this small cup. I understand the inflation is happening everywhere, but at least be honest. That’s not how you do the business.

The woman there named Cell was being stingy with napkins, didn't allow samples so we weren't able to try the new flavors. Other yogurtland locations allow samples. The restroom was also closed, it should be open to customers that paid(other locations have theirs open) The price seemed to be more expensive than the usual weighing amount we get at different locations. Lastly we weren't allowed to get our toppings, so it can't be styled to our taste. I don't recommend this place.

They need to work on somethings here. 1) The woman there wasn’t allowing free samples (other yogurtland allow this) Wasn’t able to try the new flavors. 2) locked restroom. It should be open to paying customers. Other locations have theirs open. 3) We can’t get our toppings ourselves. 4) plus she was being stingy with the napkins. Ps I don’t recommend this location.

I regretfully have to give this location 2 stars. To start, this place is clean and tidy. The snack bar section is stocked full with a large variety of toppings to choose from; albeit blocked off and not accessible unless an employee is assisting you (every other location as of 11-11-21 has opened this area to customers to self serve). The same goes with the yogurt machines, this location still requires an employee to pour your yogurt. Honestly, it's not a big deal; more like an inconvenient experience, but this isn't the reason for 2 stars. The reason for the 2 star review is the quality of the frozen yogurt. It's terrible. Absolutely terrible, and I don't even think the owners or the employees know that it's that bad. I tried this location a month ago and decided not to write a review because maybe, just maybe it was a fluke... A one time thing. That isn't the case here. Apparently whomever operates this store has no idea that the frozen yogurt at this location is not the standard for Yogurtland as a whole. To describe the frozen yogurt here: It look and has the consistency of a cheap watered down sorbet, and does not posses the body and creamy smooth flavor that one normally associates with Yogurtland. The second reason for 2 starts is the toppings bar. Yes it's clean and tidy and the offerings are plenty, BUT those toppings are old and disgusting. After speaking with the very friendly employee, I learned this location is almost never busy. So that explains why the toppings are stale and old, they've been sitting out, probably for days. To sum things up: Visit another location. This one needs some serious attention from the owners to pull it out of its slump. The employee working the night of my visit was excellent and cheerful. It's not their fault this location is slow. It's the owners. My advise to the owners: Visit any other Yogurtland location and try them out. There's a huge difference in quality that you need to experience so you can see for yourself why people have stopped coming here.

Came for dessert Saturday night. Walked in and greeted with a smile. Received SAMPLE CUPS and went downtown on the machines! So many NEW FLAVORS. This place has GREAT SERVICE and management keeps and eye on the machines to make sure they are not runny. Everything is COLD and DELICIOUS! Parking is easy and right next to Starbucks. Plenty of table seating areas and the atmosphere is enjoyable to relax and chit chat. Enjoy!
