Pizza Hut

Average at best, we haven't ordered from here in a long time due to getting put off by upset stomachs the day after on 2 occasions but thought we would give it another go. Kinda wish we hadn't. The delivery tracker said it would take 35 to 45 minutes to arrive, It actually took an hour and 15 minutes to arrive, thats on a Monday as well. The pizza arrived lukewarm and doesn't taste like it used to. The cheesy garlic bread was good still and the deliver driver was a very cheerful chap, think there the only two positives. Won't be ordering from here again

Pizza it's very tasty not comment about that....but to forget one item from 3 on the order that's a bit weird and careless about their job... don't get me wrong I would not say nothing if it was the first time but now is the second time in a matter of a few weeks..and always the same item lol.I would have not wrote this but it seems in their logical mind it's okay to deliver late and then to say they will bring the missing item but they would do all the drops offs first and you have to wait another 30 min maybe....if you're not lucky to say to you they will shut ....and make you to wait at work while your shift is over lol. The best advice was to email to be refunded. What a shame ..as some of the drivers are good and deliver all in time and accurate but you don't know how to be a team.

Terrible service. We where a group of 4 and there was only maybe two other couples in the restaurant. Service was so poor we had to keep ringing the restaurant to get someone over due to covid rules in the restaurant, and not being allowed to get up. Our chips where burnt and no apologies, just taken off our bill. We didnt get served till after half hour of sitting there. Even when trying to get the attention of staff they would ignore and carry on doing their own thing. Terrible service would not go back. Manager was persistent on social distancing yet when he came to take our order, due to the app not working, he came right next to our table. Would not go back to this one at all!
