I love it! The food always tastes fresh. Get a lunch combo for the best value at $9.99. it comes with an entree, fries and drink. The fish taco is tricky to eat. Don't try to fold it up immediately and eat it because you're going to make a big mess. It needs to be eaten with a fork/chopsticks first like a salad. Then after eating about half of the yummies, you can fold it up and eat it. 😁

I had never had fish tacos before since to me, I could not fathom the thought of combining fish and tacos. I was so glad this place proved me wrong. Food was delicious and so was Ace Pineapple Cider/beer. I had 2 drafts it was that good and I don't care for beer. I'm so happy that I can find Ace Pineapple Cider in my nearest grocery store. Service was excellent. Loved watching the tv's which were broadcasting Hawaiian beaches and surfing. The owner was so warm and friendly. Great place. Can't wait to go back again.

Although i cant eat fish because of allergies, i was told by my guest that it was really good and the fish was good quality. I myself ordered chicken over brown rice and can assure you it was excellent. If you are trying to be healthy and like/can eat fish, I highly suggest this place. I am looking forward to their endless shrimp options.

Nice casual dining spot with Hawaiian theme and outdoor and indoor seating near a park in midtown Sacramento. Had a decent piece of macadamia encrusted Mahi Mahi, a heaping plate of fish tacos and some cold beers. The only thing that was irksome was this place makes the counter staff double as food runners, but they are not allowed to serve as actual waiters.This creates confusion, as they happily bring you your freshly prepared plates from the kitchen, but you have to go back inside to fetch your own utensils. They bring you your beverages, but refills, have to be ordered back up at the counter. I always wonder why management makes compromises like this that potentially lower the final check because the 'food runner' can't take orders for drinks & dessert items and the diners don't want to break up their meal conversation to head back inside to wait in a line to order.

Excellent service and the food is great!! As an appetizer my fiance and I shared Calamari which was the best we've had in quite some time. As for entrees I had the fish tacos, my fiance had the Ohno over rice and we shared some onion rings. Both meals were absolutely delicious and the portions are just right. We will definitely be back again!
