Ordered the wrong drink on the app and forgot to order my lunch. Employees (Bea and Tobi) and the cashier (sorry, I forgot their name) were very nice.
I tried the sample pumpkin chai tea something or other they had and was pleasantly surprised how good it was. Then ordered my sandwich at the counter.
I grabbed my pre-ordered drink... Verified it was mine/my mistake, and just didn't care for it... I normally would just drink it as it was my fault! But Bea and Tobi were so nice as they helped their other customers (and me as I was waiting for my lunch) - I asked them if they would mind switching out my incorrectly ordered drink for the sampled drink.
They obliged and I left much happier than I would've! I'll be back soon! Thank you!

Staff was amazing. Walked in, rattled off my order, went to the bathroom,(which was impeccably clean with extra roll of toilet paper on the side), by the time I got out of the bathroom, my order was already waiting despite there being over 10 customers in the room. Took my drink, walked out. Smoothe, seamless mobile ordering.

Hot today and people came in droves. Service was fast and friendly. Just 3 handled the multitudes. Good music and lots of smiles. Plugs readily available with clean bathrooms

The barista was so nice and advised me on how to elevate the drink I was ordering! (In a way that only cost like 0.50c extra instead of $1.25, queen)

Great service. Clean pleasant place. Food and beverages are awesome. Plus, if they have it they'll give you their used coffee grounds that you can use in your garden or for your worm bedding...so long as you get there at the right time. How great is that?

Beautifully Remodeled! A little cramped though and the team needs to schedule going around and wiping all surfaces and seats clean (using the appropriate cleaning solutions so the nice new furniture retains its quality and look). It’s very nice furniture. Treat it well if you plan to make a stop and practice self-clean. The place looks great and the team is friendly.
