The bread store is as delicious as it was years ago when my Daughter and I used to go there. She was just a teenager and she had a friend who worked there. But, we went there very often. He started working there. My baby girl is now 38 years old. She now has her own Prince and he has just started High School.

Their sandwiches are filled to the brim with delicious bread and fresh ingredients. They're friendly and considerate and a danger to maintaining your weight if you're a fan of carbs. I love the cubano personally.

I visited for the first time today at the recommendation of a coworker. I just took two bites of the pastrami sandwich. This is amazing. Absolutely amazing. The price is right. The bread is amazing. Everything is seasoned. The pastrami basically melts in your mouth. Service was fast.
Will be going again if I ever forget to bring my lunch with me or simply wanna eat.

The best sandwich place in Sacramento. They make their own bread. The menus is limited, but in my opinion, it's perfect "as is". The BLT is out of this world and a must to try at least once.

Sandwiches and soup are consistently excellent! Sandwiches are so huge that I can never finish an entire one. I always take half of my sandwich home. Never been disappointed in 14 years of eating here. Must try the combo sandwich on french or the pastrami on rye. Delicious!!

I like their sandwiches with the freshly baked wholegrain bread. It's delicious, healthy, and rich with vegetables. Preparation time is relatively long and prices are relatively high. I would give them 5 stars if prices are 20% less and time is 50% less.

best sandwich shop in Sac! Beyond making bread, this place rocks for sandwiches. I call mine in for quicker pickup. It gets a little busy, but their sandwiches are top-notch. Love that they add marinated bell peppers. Great choice of bread. The owner always recognizes me and always says thanks for my business!

This is one of my "go to" places for a deli-style sandwich. They have many kinds of bread which is baked fresh on the premises. It can get busy. Lines to the register rarely take longer than five minutes. This place is always clean. Staff is always friendly and capable.
