Shift Coffee

I found Shift while scrolling through TikTok, and OMG, I am glad I did! I told my wife we should try this before our morning walk and it did not disappoint. As a matter of fact, Shift Coffee was amazing! 🤩 The coffee special “mellow pumpkin pie latte” was perfect in every way. Not too sweet, full of flavor, and sooo delicious 😋. We were going to share a grilled cheese and ended up choosing two and sharing. We could not stop praising the deliciousness of both breakfast grilled cheese sandwiches (Del Paso Del Sol & French Connection), the atmosphere was perfect. I definitely recommend Shift Coffee! We will be back to share the experience with more friends and family.

We found this coffee shop when we moved to the area. I highly recommend it, the breakfast sandwiches bring me back to life and the coffee is delicious. The inside is inspired by race cars which just makes this place unique and cool. We like to bring friends and family here to enjoy coffee and their amazing sandwiches!

In a nutshell; Pretty good place to stop by and enjoy some grilled cheeze sandwiches and coffee. Seems to be tucked at a rather hidden area which was quite a surprise when my sister told me about it. They have quite a vast choice for grilled cheeze all of which sound rather scrumptious. Our order didnt take too long to come out which was a plus. Got the kitchen sink grilled cheeze order which was great. Though I must admit, the bread was a bit more on the burnt side than the toasty side for my liking, the sandwich was still well made blending a great mix of savory and sweetness so every bite was a welcome treat. The drink was great as well. They had a matcha lavender type of drink special which tasted great and the flavor was well concocted. Ambience of the place was that of vintage stuff even sporting a really old Mac computers tucked in one of the corners. Parking may prove rather difficult if it ever gets busy in the area which is a warning to future dwellers. Overall place was great. Would go again.

My absolute favorite coffee spot in the area! Drinks and sandwiches are both amazing! The staff are very helpful and definitely care about the drinks/food they make. It's a great spot to relax or get some work done - it has a neat car theme as well. *Pictured is the Hot as Hell grilled cheese, tomato soup, lavender latte, and the March mint chai latte*

I absolutely love this coffee house, the smell of the grilled cheese makes it irresistible. Dell paso isn't the best location but this is I will say one of the best coffee places I've been to thus far. I am a coffee connoisseur, and this coffee shop is ran by coffee connoisseurs lol oh I love this place. I absolutely love this place now if you look on my Google reviews, I'll go to Many coffee places this one is hands-down the best. I'll be back I told them I'm now a new regular to the establishment.

Really neat place! Tables are premium wood with metal! The breakfast sandwiches & coffee here are unmatched to all of the other places I’ve been to! I had the O.D.Bee & the Firehouse 20 sandwich. The coffee, which came with honey and Lavender was some of the smoothest, unique, and great tasting coffee I’ve ever tried, and he uses butter milk in the coffee, just perfection!👌🏻😍 The Firehouse sandwich, when he started grilling, the great smell of butter filled the restaurant and I instantly became extremely hungry. I’m just glad that I was ordering the sandwich , otherwise I wouldn’t have made it by lunch.🤪 The sandwich was also bomb, I would definitely recommend everyone check this place out!👌🏻☺️ The historic display of car stuff alone is worth coming here and meet the owner, Mike. This place he opened back in 2018 and I’m glad that he’s still running it and that I could have experienced great customer service with some great food, and a smooth coffee. I was joking with Mike about the turbo on the top shelf on display. I was trying to grab that one to go😆😅 Too bad, he said that it wouldn’t fit into a to go bag. So next time I visit, I’m bringing my own bag😉😂

This place is amazing. I had the kitchen sink and my partner had the brisket on sourdough (can't remember the name.) The kitchen sink comes with cinnamon sugar sprinkled on top, and when they grilled it, it caramelized to a slight crunch on top that was perfect. Extra points for the small and perfectly done cheese skirt that had pieces of bacon in it that had slid out of the sandwich. For folks like us who aren't eating out indoors, they have limited and very spread out patio dining, but we didn't have a problem getting a spot even though we went at 10:30 on a Saturday. Also, their music was mainly '70s-'80s rock. Fun!! We're definitely coming back here - I can't believe I'd missed this place until now!

Really amazing, delicious sandwiches and drinks! I will be going back again to try more! It wasn't busy and was a nice relaxing, cozy experience. The grilled cheese sandwiches are so great. I definitely recommend the breakfast brisket sandwich. Had so much flavor and makes me want to go back for more! The drinks were so refreshing and flavorful as well.
