Food is hot and well seasoned Gumbo is not your regular soulful rue but its still delicious that cornbread omg yummy.. I have no complaints and that Arnold Palmer tea is delicious

If you're looking for Authentic southern cuisine, This is it. I can't stress enough that Veronica and Tori make you feel like the family you've never had and always wanted. All the food here has a sequel recipe and i'm pretty sure it's love! True authentic gumbo, Buttered hot water corn bread, And collard greens. Real food doesn't get much better than this! Thank you ladies for making my stomach happy and my day even happier!

The breaded catfish was delicious. It was cooked after we ordered so we had to wait a little bit. Riblets were good. A little spicy to me but not to my daughter. She ate those real fast! There was a steady stream of customers but everyone was taking the orders to go. We took ours too.

The food is down home cooking very good! My one and only gripe is the eating area needs cleaning the table cloths were dirty and worn out and a customer sat on one of the chairs and hella dust came out of the seat into the air on God! But that will not stop me from ordering to go from Toris Place😀

Had to try it, and it didn't disappoint. I wanted to try everything on the menu. Portions were plentiful. Well worth the prices. I'm definitely going back. I would highly recommend it.

From the outside looking in, you wouldn't think much about going to this place BUTTTTTT lookie-here, their food is delicious. Me and my friends truly enjoyed it! That hot water cornbread sealed the deal! Definitely a hidden gem!

Very friendly environment, and the gumbo, hot water cornbread, hot link, fried chicken, with macaroni 'n' cheese and greens was served at its best, very good delicious, yum 😋

I saw Darius Cooks review and said let me drive up there and see for myself. A 45min. drive and I ordered just about everything &151.00 worth and everything was amazing. Thank you Tori, I shall spread the word and return soon

Fantastic food with a comfortable setting to dine in. Tori serves some of the best gumbo and soul food in the state. The catfish is cooked with excellent flavor and the corn bread is delicious.
There is a good sized area to eat, with a couple large tables for groups. Try the banana pudding for dessert, it's awesome!

The owner , the daughter and the FOOD AMAZING 🤩!! Red snapper, catfish, prawns 🍤, hot water cornbread, greens , yams , Mac and cheese!! EVERYTHING PHENOMENAL… The owner was the only cook .. PURE LOVE FOR THIS ESTABLISHMENT.. Food was so good 😊, didn’t take a picture. Will get you a picture later . Lol 😂… COME HERE ASAP..
