Sizzling Fresh

We decided to give this place another try since it had a huge banner up displaying “new management” And we are so pleased with the food and experience. As soon as we walked in, the place smelled fresh of sizzling noodles, music playing in the background with a nice breeze from the fans and AC — this is something that has improved since the last time we were there. We came in closer to 8:15pm for a party of 5, 3 adults and 2 kids. The servers were so accommodating and gave us extra bowls and rice with eggrolls for the children. We were the last party eating but not once, felt rushed to leave. The new owner came by and introduced himself as Chang and he was very hospitable. We are excited for the change of management and we look forward to coming here.

Love it! It is the sauces you add that make it wonderful! Put all the meat and veggies you can fit in a bowl. Then add sauces. Then toppings like pineapple, cilantro, garlic, tofu, etc. A man will stir fry it on a 6 ft in diameter grill over hot flame. You get to watch him cook it, using 3 ft long chop sticks to move it along the grill while cooking. At your table an egg roll with red dipping sauce, and a bowl of fried or plain rice awaits you. I add my rice to stir fried bowl so it absorbs the juices at bottom. Yum. Yum. $16 for 1 bowl, drinks extra. Yum.

The food is amazing. You pay for a bowl and then you load it up and the chef throws it on a grill for you. Fast and easy. But this was my first time here and they were nice enough but they didn't explain anything. They also have rules posted. There is no sharing and no food to go. I don't like wasting food so I wasn't thrilled about that.
