The Snug

Busy spot on a Friday evening. Drinks are a bit on the pricey side for Sacramento, but it's a fun vibe here. Not many bartenders so be patient while waiting to order drinks at the bar. Great music & DJs. Spinning old school favs. No real dance floor so we danced where we sat/stood. I'm unsure if they serve food so I did not rate it. We went next door to Uncle Vitos for pizza.

Great place!! Server Chloe was absolutely above and beyond!! She was so nice and when a weird racist old man sat at our table and started ranting, she was aware and immediately asked him to leave when she could see that we were uncomfortable, and comped our last drink. She was so sweet and attentive!! She deserves a raise and all the tips!!

I love it! Luckily we got in before the line picked up. It truly is "snug" and it has a very cozy atmosphere. The service was great- the waiter/waitress kept checking up on us and delivered our drinks without any issues. There were plenty of drink options on their menu- Mechanical Bull was my husband's favorite! I ordered a customized drink because I am more into refreshing but spicy drinks... which they listened and delivered! We definitely recommend this spot to our family and friends. Just make sure to come before peak hours or expect to wait in line.

Great little bar with a bunch of inside alcoves to settle into. They fill up fast so I ended up outside which has some setting but not enough to accommodate a lot of large groups. We ended up hovering until a table opened up. Drinks are crafted by what seemed to be very experienced bar tenders with a expert level working knowledge of all the basics. Over great place and would go back again if I can figure out when they are less busy. Didn’t get any food so can’t comment but if it’s anything like the drinks should be very good.

A hidden gem 💎 If you want to enhance your day with a cocktail or two even three, before you head out for dinner, this is the spot. The vibe is relaxed, dark, classy but unpretentious and most importantly the unique names of the adult beverages are delicious. Their attention to detail with the garnishes and the SNUG branded ice is what was quite memorable for me. It spoke to my sixth love language ❤️
