Don Quixotes Mexican Restaurant

My new Favorite Mexican Restaurant!! The staff are super friendly and the food is Awesomely delicious! The prices are extremely reasonable. The atmosphere is nice, restaurant is clean, and if you like authentic Mexican food, this is where you’ll want to eat every time you crave Mexican food! I promise.

Fantastic food, large portions, and very reasonable prices! My friend and I ordered the super nachos with chicken and 2 tamale plate with chile verde pork and chicken. Everything was delicious! However, we struggled to finish our food because there was so much of it! Also, you know you're a good chef when your chicken is great, and the chicken here was perfectly juicy, tasty, and tender. This place also features a free salsa and chip bar; I tried the fire roasted salsa and avocado salsa and liked both. Menu items largely comprise of familiar Mexican classics such as tacos, burritos, chile rellenos, tamales, quesadillas, soups, salads, and rice and beans. The ordering system is informal; just walk up to the front counter and order off the overhead menu. Make your choice of meat, beans, rice, veggies and cheese. Lunch and dinner specials are available; as well as take out options. The restaurant has a laid-back atmosphere. Food service is friendly and fast, but table service is basically non-existent. Once you order, you choose your own table or booth. Utensils, napkins, soft drinks, and hot sauce are available near the salsa bar, but you have to serve yourself. Table clean up was slow, but not really a problem if most of the tables are empty, like they were when I visited. Still, I would have preferred if table service was a little more proactive. The restaurant is very spacious, with storybook-like paintings of Don Quixote and Sancho Panza on the walls. Lots of seating is available, with additional tables outside.
