Subway

We stopped here for dinner on our drive down from Washington. The service was fantastic. It was busy with both walk in customers and app orders and the two ladies working were efficient, friendly and did an excellent job. We have had a lot of mediocre service lately and this was a refreshing surprise.

Entered 30 minutes before closing time and was greeted with kindness. I was the only customer and I got exactly what I wanted, the sandwiches the way I wanted them. Only missing one star because the Subway ingredients are never filling, but this was the best Subway, given the general limitations of Subway.

Yesterday my friend and I went into the Subway on Green Haven Drive. I was absolutely shocked to find that not one of the three employees was wearing a mask! They were making sandwiches and breathing and talking right over the top of all of the food with no mask on. I was horrified especially since governor Newsom has made it a state requirement to wear masks when leaving the house and going in public or into businesses. Where is the management of the subway and why are these employees Not required to follow the state guidelines and wear masks? I asked and one of the employees told me they were hot so they weren’t going to wear them. We turned around and walked out of the store and I will not be going back.

Wow!!! So, the other day I was accidentally given the Wrong Sandwich and didn't know until I got back home and chose to modify the one I was given rather than going back to complain, etc. To my surprise, I was later telephoned by someone asking if I was going to be picking up my order. After explaining what happened, I was offered a replacement. Wasn't able to get back until today and was again surprised!! Not only did I receive the sandwich but they also refunded my money!! Bonus!.. and, excellent customer focused service!! We will definitely be back again and again... Thanks Much!! 😁🌼😁
