My wife ordered one chicken piza online. When I opened the box it was burnt and bitter taste. I called 4 times for complaint. They disconnected my call without listening and behave rudely. I am sharing the pictures and deciding no more order in future.

This is the best pizza in south Sacramento and bet you will love it here too please come to this location and try the butter chicken and they have all Indian style pizza. They HAVE LAMB PIZZA WITCH NO OTHER CHICAGO PIZZA HAVE IN SOUTH SAC OR CALIFORNIA

I'm an ex NY'er & have known great pizza. I now live in Sacramento & unfortunately now only know mediocre pizza. Tonight however, I experienced one of the worst pizza's in my life. The dough is wrong, the sauce is wrong, not enough cheese, overpriced and the phone service is just...well, lacking. Must be a small family run place, not sure how long they've been around. I wish them luck & they're gonna need it unless they change their recipe, this isn't pizza.

I usually only write positive reviews. This had to be said.Pizza not like the picture. Lacking ingredients and went back for refund. Was asked whats wrong with the pizza. I said I thought my pepperoni side was just cheese. He pointed under the cheese to a piece of pepperoni. I stated the crust was burnt. He said it's not burnt. Got offended and said if I wanted my money back I would be refused service in the future. I was refunded. High prices pizza lacking ingredients. Don't recommend...

Favorite pizza for delivery, perfectly located to deliver to my house and work when I need to order at either. Their pizza is fantastic, and the customer service is amazing. The delivery driver (seems like he's the only one), Dylan, has some of the best customer service I've ever seen.

An awesome pizza place providing the best customer service! The general manager there is a polite man who cares about his customers.The pizza Chicago Pizza offers is fantastic with the many different types of pizzas they provide for their loyal customers. Forexample, there Indian pizzas and boy is it good! I ordered the Tandori Pizza and it was great! You gotta try out there pizza it's the best pizza in the neighborhood.

Giving 5 stars to counter-act all of the unnecessary negative reviews. To the people complaining about the lack of ingredients, it's under the cheese dammit. Believe it or not, some places put cheese over their toppings. Now lets get to the IMPORTANT part here; not only is it decent pizza, but they are located inside of a convenient store and will deliver whatever you need from it. Last delivery I got a large pizza, a pack of smokes and some alcohol. Right on, dudes! Y'all one of a kind these days. I'll hit you up if I need some wings and some toilet paper. \m/

Ordered a butter chicken pizza and i got the pizza with no chicken on it. Very bad pizza making skills and i say that because my relative owns the Chicago’s pizza in Roseville.
Try pizzas from both the places and you will come to know the difference.
These people are not even real Chicago’s pizza franchisee.
