Best gumbo ever. I got the cup size and could only eat 1/2 because it was so rich and full of goodies.

Amazing food!! You should definitely think of opening up a restaurant in the Kalamazoo area. It’s such a far drive for us, but definitely worth it. No one around our area even comes close to your Cajun food, especially the Gumbo. You would bank over this way!

Shrimp po’ boy had great remoulade and was the perfect bite. I think the sides could’ve been warmer when served to us. The jambalaya was excellent in flavor, and the Mac ‘n cheese was more on the basic side. Overall, would go back, the decor was solid. The atmosphere from the outside is very unassuming which I like.

Good suggestions from the guy at the counter made for an enjoyable lunch. The sampler platter was quite good. If I lived closer, I would love to go back and try some of their other offerings.

Wow! My first po boy had me feeling like a rich man! Nola Roux offers great spice and delicious New Orleans flavor in Saint Joseph, MI. I'm allergic to shellfish, but there are great alternatives to choose from when eating at Nola Roux!

I was really glad to find such a good Cajun restaurant in a small town. Both the gumbo and andouille sausage I had tasted authentic and comforting.

The food at this place was absolutely amazing! I got the seafood Monica and I could not be more impressed with it! I also got a burbon beef poboy and the meat was really jucy and flavorful! The bread they use was also very high quality and really added to both the sandwich and the seafood Monica! Would highly recommend this place!
