My wife's chicken tortolla soup was not the same as it used to be was much better years back NOW too much cheese no broth a gooey salty canned soup mess 😞 bleeck!

Very nice, clean restaurant. Staff was very nice and got us seated quickly, we had Chantell as a server and she was exceptional! My side got messed up slightly but it got fixed very quickly, so no real complaints. Fries were delicious, and so was the burger, we also got a pan cookie which was to die for.

Good food and service. Their electronic pay system needs work. I used a reward from their frequent customer system and it blew an error. It repeated the generically worded error several times even though it had correctly applied the reward. Battling with the app or trying to pay online is probably not worth it. Just pay cash.

I came in to do a to go order because my daughter just had a baby, and I (mom just got off a really long shift) while her husband was at work I'd decided i would help out with a little nourishment- She told me what she wanted and where from and Chili's never dissapoints at all. The lady who took care of me was really nice and professional about everything. Needless to say, the food and customer service exceeded my expectations. CHILI'S YOU WERE AMAZING AND YOU MADE MY DAY A LITTLE EASIER . I APPRECIATE YOU AND YOUR STAFF. EVERYTHING WAS A 10** ALWAYS WILL RETURN TO AN ESTABLISHMENT THAT TREATS AND SERVES WITH EXCELLENT FOOD AND CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Chili's has become one of my favorite chain restaurants. Located in Saint Joseph, Michigan, Chili's is a great restaurant to go with family and enjoy. Very great experience!
Chili's has stepped their game up since I've been a few years ago, and I'm grateful for the additions of the menu. I gave 4 stars for the food as it was delicious, but the 5th star came from Liz, our server. She was very welcoming and accommodating. Next time you're at Chili's, try the Smoke House option!

Jennifer is the best server that I have ever had there. She remembers people that come in and their order. She also gets refills quickly before you ask. Always go there for lunch and the food is always out fast.

We waited a while to get service but the food was really good. Inwas told my daughter and I couldn't sit at the bar then a young child was at the bar most of the time we were there . Probably won't be back to that location any time soon.

My husband and I love Chili's so much we go at least once a week. So many choices and they are willing to customize for vegetarians. The staff is very friendly. If a mistake is made they go out of their way to make it right. Also, the reward program is great for frequent returns.

******UPDATE******* I received a letter from Laura with "Chili's Engagement Team" in Dallas, Texas. Not only did she write an apology for the way the restaurant failed to deal with this issue and the fact it happened was unacceptable, she included $30 in Chili's Gift Cards to compensate me for the meal I had to throw away.
As a result, I am upgrading their rating to 4 stars from my previous 1 star rating because of the way they responded. I am rating them at 4 stars because of the issue which did occur.
I am very glad to see that Chili's corporate responded and I am also glad that they are paying attention to the feedback they are getting. I will give them another shot based upon the way they responded to the last mishap. I surely hope it doesn't happen again.
Called in an order to go of their chicken enchilada's, which I have gotten before from this location. There was also an order of the chicken nacho's. For some reason, they placed the heavy containers, one of beans and the other of rice ON TOP of the enchiladas in the carry out container. As if that wasn't bad enough, then they placed the weight of the second carry out container in the bag on top of this container, further smashing everything flat. Here are the results shown below in the photo's.
I had to scrape the enchilada's off the wax paper. The picture on the plate was the result. Pretty disgusting and a waste of $25.
The meal was unrecognizable. When I called the restaurant, I was told to contact their "online experience professionals". I took the time to fill out the form and put in all my contact information. Details from the receipt, everything they could possibly need. I wish I could have sent them photo's but the form didn't provide the option of attaching any files. The form assures me they would respond within 24 to 48 hours.
This is day 4 and I have heard nothing from them. Nothing. No email, no phone call, nothing. I am done with Chili's. Don't waste your money. I tried to give them a chance to make their disaster of a meal right and apparently they don't care. My German Shepherds wouldn't eat it. There are plenty of choices in the area and from now on, Chili's is not among them for us.
