Mcdonald's

Awful. Literally waited 1/2 an hour and no one took our order. At least 6 cars drove off because of the wait including several in front of me who didn’t seem to be able to place their order. Once at the speaker I waited 5-6 minutes and I finally spoke into it requesting help. A woman came on saying “it will be a while.” 10 more minutes pass and we never got to place our order. As we drove off we saw several employees sitting around using their phones. Ridiculous! Very poorly managed. Went to BK instead and got our food right away.

As a delivery driver, I got a order from this McDonald's. As I was about to pull in, I see just about the whole crew walking down the street laughing. There had to be a walk out. I unassigned the order immediately. Cars were to the street in drive thru. Later, I got another order, and a crew I've never seen before is working. These must be the Navy Seals of Mcdonald. They didn't have a phone in thier hand and they were getting the job done. This is how it's supposed to be! This is what a franchise owner wants. Good job to that crew!

I am very sympathetic to the difficulties finding employees and how hard is is to find good employees. My visit to the Macdonalds his evening was a train wreck I waited in the drive up lane for a long time watching cars in the lane order their food. When I finally ordered, paid and pulled up to the window i checked my order and one item was missing. I was told I didnt order what i was missing, which I know I did, actually three times. I said I understand and can I get the item and would pay for it. I was told no and would have to go around again through the drive through. I went around again, waited again, paid and when I pulled up to get my order I was handed the bag with an attitude, nothing said and didnt even look when it was handed out the window. When I arrived at home my food was stone cold including the order I drove a second time around for. It's difficult to be understanding when treated like this. This wont happen again at this location for sure
