Le Peep

The server was friendly, prompt and efficient and the food tasted great! I also felt like I got my money's worth. Keep in mind, this isn't some fine dining establishment, and it doesn't purport to be one. If you're after a diner breakfast/standard fare, then I'd definitely recommend this over one of the big chains. I believe it is locally owned (or at least owned by real people and not some Barrel of Crackers), so I'm definitely happy to give this business my money. (Unless I missed it, the only thing French about this establishment is the name and a random smattering of "Le"s in front of some of the menu items. I was pleased, eggs and sausage taste much better than escargot, esp in St. Jo 😁) I had eggs, sausage links, "peasant" potatoes (putting me in my place) and pancakes.

We had a wonderful experience here!! The restaurant itself is completely adorable and the staff were all so friendly and accommodating. We felt very welcome and cared for. They even brought a special birthday treat for my brother!! The presentation of the food and beverages was absolutely beautiful and everything tasted DELICIOUS! The only issue I noticed was that the bathroom needed some sprucing up, but we came at a busy time so it was forgivable. Overall we were very happy to find this gem in the midst of our travels. Definitely recommend!
